Returns Policy (UK Customers)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy is in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
If you purchase goods online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us once you have notified us of your cancellation.
Our Extended Returns Policy
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return under our policy:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The item must be in a resalable condition
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the item is faulty or not as described

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
